2. Prepare 8 oz. of package cream cheese softened.
3. Prepare 1 tsp. of lemon juice.
4. Prepare 2 tsp of grated onion.

7. Prepare 1/4 tsp. of salt.

Salmon Yule Log step by step

1. Drain and flake salmon, take out any bones..
2. Add all ingredients except pecans, combine well..
3. Chill for several hours or overnight.
4. Shape into log and chill for 2-3 more hours.
5. Sprinkle pecans on wax paper, roll log in pecans.
